What Causes Bleeding On Every Other Week?

My period started 14 January after being 5 1/2 weeks late, I had finished my period after 8 days but since then I am bleeding everyother week and it's just like a normal period all the time and last the full 7 days. Please can some one tell me why I'm bleeding like this. It's really beginning to get me down.

Hello,

Hormonal imbalance, Uterine fibroid, endometrial or cervical polyp, endometriosis, adenomyosis etc can cause this type of bleeding.

I suggest you to undergo one pelvic examination and ultrasound scan to confirm the diagnosis following consultation of gynecologist.
