What Causes Bleeding When Urinating?

I have been having pain in my lower right side of my back for over two weeks. I do go to the bathroom alot. I drink plenty of water each day. My question is I just recently went to the bathroom at least twice in the 1/2 hour and when I wiped myself there was a little blood on the tissue. What coudl this be from? Urine tract infection? or kidney problems? A few years ago I had small kidney stones which I passed by myself. Looking for an aswer. Thanks.
