Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The causes of blood in stool are:
1. Constipation
2. Piles
3. Fissure
4. Fistula
5. Injury

You can apply Anovate ointment. Drink a lot of fluids, take light diet with high fiber content. The Treatment depends upon the underlying conditions, Kindly follow with detailed history or consults with the physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale
