What Causes Bleeding With Foul Odour In Belly Button?
My partner is 27 and is 19 and a half stone and over the past few months his belly button has started bleedin an has an awful odour aswell he wont go an visit his own gp as he said he doesnt want to go an hes not worried about it but I do worry as this could be somthig serious!

Obese patients with skin folds around umbilicus there is a chance to develop fungal infection or bacterial infection.
Other possibilities like umbilicus develop fistula (entero-cutaneous) lead to leakage of stomach contents may cause foul smelling discharge. So, please consult your surgeon he will examine and treat him accordingly.
