What Causes Bleeding,dizziness And Shortness Of Breath After Bowel Movement?

so i've been bleeding lately when i poop, and today i forced it out and bled, but right after that i started feeling dizzy and shortness of breath, have now just started feeling week and kinda seeing blurry. My brother told me to rest for a while and hopefully it will go away but im scared. im a 15 year old female

your query being appreciated, it could be all happening due to constipation hard fecal material and you must be exerting the force for defection excessive force could cause hypotension because it is kind of maneuver similar to valsalva maneuver (Attempting to forcibly exhale while mouth and nose close ) so just relax while you go for defecation do not exert the force no matter if you do not pass the stool, such force for not only cause the rectal bleeding but may cause the dizziness and other symptoms that you have, for constipation drink more water, have more fibber containing diet, Isabgol powder can be tried hope this information helps.
