What Causes Blister Like Rashes While On Gabapentin?

I have been prescribed Gabapentin. Low dosage, primarily as a mood stabilizer. I have experienced A Typical Whites Sybdrome - within the family of Stevens-Johnson type rashes. It is prone to rapid increase of affected area. Is this a concern with this medication?

It's likely that you are allergic to the contents of gabapentin. I would advise against using it further unless it's a beniGN transient rash that subsides with local or systemic antihistamines.
