What Causes Bloated And Constipated Even After Delivery 2.5 Years Ago And Weight Gain?
Hi, After having twins 2.5 years ago, I still feel bloated and constipated everyday. I am also gaining weight and my diet hasn t changed. I feel really depressed because I feel so helpless. I have seen my GI doctor many times but he has no answers. I m wondering if I could have intestinal blockage? Thank you,

i would like to address your concerns as follow
your bloating weight gain and constipation has nothing to do with delivery or intestinal obstruction........i would like to suggest
1) do some exercise in the form of brisk walking or running
2) avoid taking heavy meals at a time
3) drink plenty of water
4) don t get depressed
