What Causes Bloated Stomach Causing Difficulty In Bowel Movement?
I 46 year old and have been having a bloated stomach resulting with non movement of the bowl and lot belching. The belching is done relieve more of suffocation. This bloating started Janaury 2010 and its an on and off thing while the belching is continous and very irritating. I have been on treated after under going colon scoping and endscoping which resulted with the iidentification of virus called in the upper part and treated. After the treated I am still experiencing the same problem and have been making follow ups but no changes except temporary relief. What could the cause of the problem and are there any food that I should avoid.
- Use simethicone medication - Avoid chewing gum. - Limit your intake of carbonated drinks. - Avoid foods that cause gas, such vegetables in the cabbage family, dried beans, and lentils. - Eat slowly and avoid drinking through a straw. - Use lactose-free dairy products
