What Causes Bloating After Swallowing Cum?

Hi,
After I swallow my boyfriends cum, I feel bloated and gassy about an hour later, is it anything to do with what he eats/drinks? Cause I am lactose intolerant and gluten intolerant and he is neither. Today his cum tasted different to how it usually does, and its been giving me diarrhoea all night. Why is this?
