General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Most likely the issue with anxiety induced hypersecretion of stomach acids.

Primary relief with
- diet care to avoid spices, non-veg till possible
- antacid with PPI preference
- stress handling.

Definite care requires evaluation with upper GI endoscopy by an expert gastroenterologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
