What Causes Bloating And Cramps And Back Pain?

hi, in 16 years old and today I noticed that i have really bad bloating and cramping. and my back is in major pain. when I got home from practice I went to go use the bathroom and in my stool was yellow mucus looking strings in it. I m really concerned.

Thanks for your query.
noted the problem of bloating, cramping of abdomen, yellow stool with mucus is suggestive of intestinal infection, particularly the colon.
I would advise your the following:
Consult a Doctor.
Get the stool, blood tested.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen.
A course of an antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotics. Anti-spasmodic when required.
I hope you will be fine with these.
If not, further investigations of colonoscopy and biopsy may be required.
