What Causes Bloating And Esophageal Spasms While Treating Acid Reflux?
I ve been treated for yrs for acid reflux I ve also been getting spasms and bloating in esophagus that cause me dizziness and heart speed up its scarey but dont last but about 15 sec I feel like I could fall out at times it dont happen often but could it be related to gluten my son was diagnosed w gluten issues recently thanks im praying for healing

You should have gastroscopy done. Esophageal narrowing, achalasia should be rule out. Especially that you have acid reflux history. This condition can lead to Barretts esophagus which is a risk factor of a cancer. That is why, biopsy during gastroscopy is advisable.
