What Causes Bloating And Frequent Bowels In A Day?

I move my bowels prob 3 times a day, and have done very regularly for years. In the past year approx 1/2 the time i bleed when i whipe and often feel like there is more poo to come out but it wont...it seems like only a bit comes out, and often runny,I feel bloated a lot. cheers mark

Hi thanks for contacting HCM....

Here you have blood in stool which should be investigated....

Proctoscopy examination done for rule out piles or proctitis like condition.....

Also get your stool examined ...If shows pus cells bacterial infection there and antibiotic given...
If parsitic eggs seen treated accordingly with metronidazole or albendazole ....

USG abdomen also done ....

Meanwhile you gave bloated stomach also for which life style change done ...
Drink more water....
Fruits more ....
Regular exercise ....
Avoid stress and smoking....
Carbonated drink less....

Stool softener will be useful.....

If still problem there colonoscopy investigation with biopsy needed ....

Consult physician or surgeon with keeping this in mind...
