What Causes Bloating And Gas?

Hi! I m a young woman currently living in Florida. I ve noticed whenever I go home to visit my parents in Colorado, My body becomes VERY bloated, and I am gassy throughout the entire trip. Is there anyway to combat this? How long does it take for my body to pressurize and become less bloated?

hi dear. its a common problem related to travelling and change of place. you can take antacids through out the trip so that you feel more comfortablem reduce your salt intake this will also help you. try some light cardio work out. thank you. please do rate my answer.
