What Causes Bloating And Irregular Bowel Movements?
Hi, I’ve been recently suffering heavy bloatedness. My stomach feels tender and sometimes hurts near the pelvic or bellybutton area. I get constipated but empty my bowls 2/3 time a day, sometimes it’s slightly looser, they are yellow and different to my normal stools.
My throat feels dry, and I get acid relux …I recently feel flem in my throat and burning feeling. I’ve suffered a dry cough for 4 weeks now…got better and now it’s back
I wake up early in the morning, feel tired at work and lethargic.
Please can you help me, I’m getting so concerned….i just want to get back to normal.
-Take Simethicone medicine for the bloating -Take antacids for the reflux -Avoid foods known to cause reflux -Eat smaller meals -Do not lie down after eating -Elevate your bed -Quit smoking -Cut back on alcohol
