What Causes Bloating And Irritation In The Stomach After Stopping Tobacco?

Hi Sir ! Around 5 months back, i was a heavy user of khaini (tobacco), now i've completely stopped it, and that too suddenly ( coz i couldn't quit slowly). Since that time, i'm facing digestion problem and i've put on 10+ Kg of weight (fat deposite). My stomach seems to irritate me, it seems my stomach is full of gas and now i can't put pressure on my stomach, as it irritates me very much. I've visited to lot of doctors and have taken lots of medicine, but all in vein. I'm pretty confident that i won't be using it in future. I don't go for exercising n all .... Plz suggest me something !
