Hello, my name is Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi. I understand your concern.
Your symptoms seems to be related to proctitis.Proctitis is a condition in which the lining tissue of the inner rectum becomes inflamed. You may feel a constant urge to defecate.
Some advices that I can give to you are :
-soft, bland diet may reduce proctitis pain. Avoid spicy, acidic, or fatty foods.
-Drink plenty of fluids
-Caffeine, however, can irritate your digestive system
-Anti-inflammatory drugs, such as corticosteroids, reduce inflammation and provide pain relief.
Anyway I suggest you to see a gastrologyst to confirm the diagnose.
Hope my answer was helpful, if you have any other questions I'll be glad to help, thanks!
I find this answer helpful
