What Causes Bloating, Cramps And Acidity?

I am 54 female. The past week I have been having a bloated gasy stomache. Sometimes I have small craps too. I have given up most milk except with my coffee in the morning. I do not think I am pregnant(54!) but do not use conterception. I have acid reflux at night and take two tums before bed. Been doing this for 21 years. I have not had a period in a year tho. What could be causing this?

Dear this may be chronic conditions it seems , probably food allergy or Irritable Bowel syndrome.

Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and avoid caffeinated drinks.

Get one ultrasound abdomen to rule out the other causes for your problem.

Use tab.normaxine twice a day for five days, tab.sporulac thrice a day for five days.


If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
