What Causes Bloating, Gastritis And Belching?

i feel bloated, gassy, and keep belching. i started with sharp pains that went from the front to the back on sunday right in the middle of my chest, now its just tender under the right rib cage, still very bloated and gassy and belching, what could it be ?

Dear you may be suffering from GERD. It cause dyspepsia, chest pain, bloating. Other possibilities of Ibs, gastritis, lactose intolerance etc...

Use tab. Nexium before breakfast and syrp sucral 15-30ml thrice a day, tab Rifaximine 200 mg thrice a day. Avoid dairy products and alcohol. Avoid caffeine and smoking. Avoid spicy oily food. Do yoga and meditation. If symptoms not improved consult your doctor.
