What Causes Bloating, Heaviness In The Chest And Fatigue?

Hi, can I answer your health question? Please type your question here... I have for numerous months now have had constant bloating, heaviness in the chest, short of breath, fatigued alot of the time, as well in the last few weeks rashes developed they come and go, what could all this mean. Thank you

Hello,my name is dr.Dorina Gurabardhi.I understand your concern.
Your symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection.
Some advices that I can give to you are:     
-take simethicone medication for the bloating
-take probiotics
-drink liquids
-Avoid foods that cause gas, such vegetables in the cabbage family, dried beans, and lentils.
-Eat slowly and avoid drinking through a straw.
