What Causes Bloating In Stomach And Severe Back Pain?

I am swollen with a enlarged stomach and have severe back pain. I know my doctor just believes I have a bad back, but I believe something more is wrong with me because I don't eat enough to have gained this amount of weight and never had swelling in my legs and feet even during pregnancy. Is there something else this could be? I also have bad order embarassing as this may be -- in my female area although I have good hygene.

Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Swollen abdomen can be due to the following reasons:
Gaseous distension.
Ascites.
Excessive fat deposition.
Severe enlargement of some organ like spleen.
Very large ovarian cyst.
This can be easily diagnosed by a clinical examination and ultrasonography of the whole abdomen.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get a clinical examination by a General Surgeon and ultrasonography of the whole abdomen so that an appropriate diagnosis can be made and thus get the plan for further management.
Bad odor from private part area can be due to saprophytic bacterial overgrowth and a course of a antibiotic, metronidazole in low dosages and local application of liquid povidone iodine can help further. It is better to get an opinion and internal examination by a Gynecologist.
