What Causes Bloating In The Stomach With Diarrhea & Cramping?
over a week ago I suddenly experienced a lot of gas and bloating that resulted in 2 days of diarhea and cramping. After this I was unable to have a BM for a week. The 7th day I began to bloat and be gassy again but did have a BM. It has been 4 days since then and finally had another BM but had gas and bloating again before. Each time I had consumed milk products the day before onset of symptoms. First time the diarhea was so bad I had bloody loose stools for a day after and when I was able to have a regular BM there was blood clots with the stool. I am wondering if possibly my digestive system, which has always been very strong, castiron stomach so to speak!, could be experiencing a lactose intollerence for a bit? Suggestions?
It appears to be lactose intolerance. To confirm get your stool pH and if it is below the normal range then it may be due to lactose intolerance and then avoid dairy products.
