What Causes Bloating Of Stomach And Chest Tightness?
Hi
I felt something was bitting in my tummy went family doctor he gave me antibiotic and omeprazole end having side effect went in emerency room tested everything from blood, urine, abdomen, and c-scan everything normal but they said I have early chest infinilty so he switch me to azithromycin 5 day been week I feel chest tight when breathing and drinking water stomach become bloated sitting is fine standing and laying feel bloated and tight. Wondering can it be anything serious or there anything I can do at home to heal

I really appreciate your concern, before starting antibiotic it is very necessary to confirm the infection if this is not the infection then given antibiotic will be in vain and may cause gastritis (In any condition antibiotic may cause the gastritis).
In my opinion it could be acid peptic disease or say it is hyperacidity. If it is not infection then it is better to stop taking antibiotic and I would suggest you to start Tab Omeprazole with Domperidone once in day for four weeks.
Care also need to be taken for diet, avoid taking spicy food, oily food, and fat containing food, no heavy meal and no junk food.
