What Causes Bloating Of Stomach And Excessive Thirst?

Hi I'm 27 female, I've bn suffering with bloated stomach 4 5 years everything I eat & drink makes my stomach go up I look like I'm 6 pregnant. I am been treated for bacteria over growth. I ave now notice that I'm drinking a lot of water lately i am getting headaches & dry mouth. I am going to wee a lot more aswell

I had gone through the history given here, the given symptoms does not seems to be specific but it could be due to dyspepsia, in vary rare condition it could be infection too that might be forming the flatus.
If I would be doctor of this case then I would try to treat this condition with Tab Doxycycline 100 mg once in day for 5 day, along with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day,
