What Causes Bloating, Smelly Flatulence And Lethargic Feeling?

I m lathargic, I suffer bloating, extremely smelly flatulance, my belly constantly feels unsettled, (could be due to the fact I suffer anxiety ), exercise or any general anything energetic usually makes this worse. Had tests for coeliac , which were all clear. I just generally feel rubbish, physically and mentally

Hi welcome to HCM...

Here it seems you have gastric indigestion problem...
Stress can aggravate bloating ....
So find stressful situation and try to avoid taking anxiety....
The factors lead bloating corrected like.....
-smoking
-excess fatty foods
-too fast eating
-alcohol etc....

Chamomile in tea good for digestion...
Avocados rich in fiber ...so good one.
Cucumber rich in fiber, vitamin c , calcium , folate, erepsin etc....so maintain healthy digestion...
Beet green useful ...
Simethicon can be taken for gas....
If constipation more bulk firming agent like psyllium prescribed...

If still problem not solved organic cause searched for by USG and endoscopy if needed....

You can consult gastroenterologist for your condition rather then worried about it...
