What Causes Bloating Stomach With Pain?

I went to the ER today, my stomach bloated and I started having pains radiate from the lower part of my back around to the front of my stomach and in the groin area..this morning I could hardly walk..ER doctor said I was having back problems, I thought it was kidney stones, he ruled that out because he said I wasnt throwing up, gave me muscle relaxers, but my stomach is still bloated and doesnt feel well, any solution

Thank for asking a question
Your concern being appreciated, the given symptoms of the abdomen pain could be due to colic and it seems to be biliary colic condition need to be ruled out for Gall bladder stone with infection, it may also associated with pancreatitis' (Cholecystitis could be the cause too ) I would suggest to get done the ultrasonography test and blood enzyme test you can even see the gastroenterologist till then you can try Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen three times in day, hope this information helps.
