What Causes Blockage In Urethra While Urinating?

I feel like I have a blockage in my urethra when urinating. No burning or pain. Just a discomfort like urine is getting partially blocked and having to go around something (I.e discomfort). I went to an urgent care today. They took urine sample and came back I guess negative for a UTI. I workout a lot and have not been properly hydrating. I have been drinking ALOT of coffee and Sugar Free/Calorie Free Monster energy drinks and 0 water. PA suggested scaling back on the caffeine and focus on drinking more fluids. Thoughts?

Have you got any injury over urethra or discharge from urethra. some times urinary stone can produce such symptom. Meet a urologist. get done a ultrasonology KUB and uroflowmetry test.
