What Causes Blood After Passing Bowel Movement?

I have just been to the toilet for a number 2 and there was no pain what so ever however a LOT of bloodi actually thought I may have come on my period but it was deffinatly from my back passage. I am 22 years of age and female. I have recently seen small spots of blood after bowel movement but never anything like this before. I am exrreamly worried after reading some of the other posts. Please advice me!

It could be a piles. But only some times it will be painless , most of the time this is painful.... So you have to undergo colonoscopy. One tube introduce through your anal canal and check for any lesion.
