Blood in Stool may be due to hemorrhoid, fissure or fistulas. Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is.
If you are suffering from constipation, then please take high fibre diet,do regular exercise. Drink plenty of water, use benefiber or metamucil fiber for bulk formation of stools.
Use syrup lactulose thirty ml after dinner for five days. Still symptoms not improved, then please consult your doctor so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
