The symptoms seem to be related to a urinary tract infection.
I suggest to do a urine test to confirm the diagnosis.
If the diagnosis is confirmed the treatment consists in antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin twice a day for a week.
I also recommend using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.
