What Causes Blood Along With Bowel Movements?

My child going be 3years last week for 2days I noticed fresh blood in his first part of stool .he strins but no pain complain. I saw his anus it look free of ext hem prides and fissure .today again I saw fresh blood in first part of hard stool what it can be

Hi dear,
I understand your concern, you should check anus of baby,fresh blood is sign of fissure of anal hitus .If anus is normal,then exclude intestinal infection ,perform stool analysis. If he has fissure,then use pilex,it will heal quickly.
