Hello,

The bleed and mucus can be from the vagina, and contraceptive pills can cause spotting.

In addition, it is not uncommon to have some spotting before the menstrual cycle resumes to regular and monthly.

In case you are concerned about it to be in urine, I would suggest you undergo a complete urine examination after consulting a GP.

Since it is difficult to say if the bleeding and mucous was in urine or vaginal, as the urethra and vagina are in close proximity.

Moreover, a complete urine examination will detect any gross bleed, pus or even microscopic bleed with red blood cells which may not be visible to naked eye.

If the test shows normal results, you can consult your doctor and review your pill prescription if needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
