Hello,

The painful urination may be caused by kidney stones. You can do an ultrasound or X-ray to confirm it.

Elevated liver enzymes may have different causes like viral hepatitis, alcoholic hepatitis, cholecystitis and gallbladder stones.

You can do an abdominal ultrasound and liver chemistry to evaluate the situation.

You can send me the results of exams to help you through diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
