What Causes Blood And Pain During Urination?

21, 5"1, 145lbs, asthma.
I have a really bad cold. Today I was using the bathroom and I was coughing so hard my pee came out super fast and it hurt and I noticed a little blood down there (not a whole lot just enough to tint orange). Now it hurts a little when I pee, will this go away on its own or should I go to the doctor?
