Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

You may be suffering from colitis or gastroenteritis. It may be due to irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel disease or food intolerance or malabsorption syndromes etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Use tablet pantoprazole. Avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Avoid spicy food and gluten, lactose-containing food.

Get stool for culture sensitivity and colonoscopy.

Please consult your gastroenterologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
