What Causes Blood And Severe Pain During Urination With A History Of UTI S?

I have excruciating pain (constant, 7/10 increasing to 10/10 when I urinate) and blood in my urine. I have taken OTC UTI pain reliever and it has not touched the pain even a little bit. I have experienced UTIs before but never this level of discomfort that cannot be relieved.

Hello,

It seems you are suffering an uti and possibly stones which are causing major pain. You can use spasmolytics like spasmex or buscopan for this uncontrolled pain with NSAIDs. Also do an urine analysis, and ultrasound.
