Urologist 's  Response
Hello,

As a urologist, I can understand your anxiety. Blood cells in urine are not normal. The cause for it must be found out and treated. A slightly dilated kidney found on ultrasound scan needs further testing. The single best test is to do a CT-IVU.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Matthew J. Mangat
