What Causes Blood Clots In Calves And Burning Pain In Thigh?

I have a hx of blood clots in my calves(3 in the past five years). Im having pain in my thigh, mostly right in the front that is becoming more constant and kind of a burning pain. I m 5 4 and weight 218 so its hard to really see swelling in my thigh and I don t see any discoloration. Are there other symptoms I should be watching for?

it's a sign of deep vein thrombosis..prolonged immobilisation causes this..need to reduce weight and get a duplex venous scan done to confirm
