What Causes Blood Clots To Pass Instead Of Stool While Taking Laxatives?

hi i have a problem with food and i take laxitives everyday, i had a personal familiy problem 8 weeks ago and began to take more and more laxitives and go to the gym for hours on end, i would take up to 16 laxitives a day my body is always cold, im coughing alot mostly at night while i sleep, but now when i go to the toliet its not really stools im passing now, it looks more like my insides and blood or sometimes blood clots, this only happens if i feel to much pain what is happening to me, im 28 years old
