Hello
Welcome to health care magic, I had gone through your question very diligently and I will be happy to help you.
Blood in a stool is a matter of concern, it might be related to rectal polyp, fissure in Ano or internal hemorrhoids.

I would advise you to visit to consult a general surgeon or gastroenterologist for physical examination and per rectal examination or colonoscopy if need be.

In my opinion you should take anyiacidity medicine like pantoprazole or ranitidine with antacids
Sitz bath will definitely help you
thanks for your question, please feel free to discuss further.
Best wishes
