What Causes Blood Discharge During Urinating?

Hi!I am 26 yrs old male.
My height is 5 10" and weight is 100 kg.
I had meatoplasty almost a year back.Few days ago after urination I observed few drops of blood.Then it all went normal.Now I feel that I have a minor when I start urinating , also I feel I have to exert some pressure as something inside is blocking urine to flow out.The stream is normal and not narrow!

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Possible urethral stricture limiting flow.
2. Get a urine examination to rule out any urinary tract infection.
3. Urine examination will confirm presence of blood.
4. Meet an urologist to get tests done. Radiological investigation to check complete patency through pyelogram maybe necessary.
