What Causes Blood Discharge From Penis After Urination?
my husband just urinated and blood discharge from his penis... with some soft blood clots which melted in the water.. he drank some water and the he urinated clearly... after which there was very less blood discharge a drop or two and stopped... kindly advice... what could be the problem...?

Bleeding after urination may be due to many reasons like urinary tract infection(UTI),calculus,tumour etc.
Your husband need clinical correlation and further investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,urine RE/ME,ultrasound of abdomen.CT scan of abdomen can be done if needed.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
