Take only homemade freshly cooked foods as a normal diet. Take a PPI like Omeprazole and Domperidone for acidity and vomiting if continues. PLenty of oral fluids to avoid the dehydration. Painkiller for pain in anal area due to fissure in ano. All these things will help you to recover fully and avoid any instigating or enhancing factors henceforth.
