What Causes Blood Discharge From The Anus?

Hi im male and have for the past year had blood coming out my anus when i do the toilet... It is quite painful and feels like the blood comes out because im ripping something around the ring when the waste comes out... Pretty embarassing and un comfortable feeling wise

I really appreciate your concern, two strong possibilities are there as long as the given symptoms are concern one is fissure and second is hemorrhoids in either of this surgery is the best option you have till then you can try Procresuline cream and stiz bath, if this is the constipation then relieve it first and for that have more fiber containing diet, drink more water, try Isabgol for stool softener hope this information helps.
