What Causes Blood Discharge From The Vagina While Having Sex Without Penetration?

i was having sex with my girlfriend and she was fingering me from behind it got a rough but it didnt hurt then all of a sudden we notice blood is all over her fingers and on the sheets..is there something wrong with me i went to see my ob/gyn she said everything looked fine but this scared her and now shes thinking she did sommething wrong

I would first like to better understand the source of the bkeeding. You said she was fingering you from behind, this was your vagina or your anal opening? If so, your ob/gyn examined your anal opening? Or was she under the impression the bledding took place from your vaginal opening?

Please make this very clear and only then get examined accordingly. Only afrer that can we move forward with convincing your partner about the cause.
