What Causes Blood Discharge In The Stools?

im 20 years old....and one time i find a fresh blood in my stool....and it worries me a lot cause it was happened several times......I tied to search the internet for possible reasons and I've got many answers,,and it added it to my worries....what do you think cause the red blood in my stool....?
