What Causes Blood Discharge Post Intercourse?

Well me and my husband had sex and there was this bright orange and red blood after and it just stopped, after i went to the bathroom it was there and when i went to the bathroom the 2nd time nothing could u please tell what wrong please. Thanks,Keisha
