What Causes Blood During Bowel Movement And Stomach Pain?

i'm 18 female, enjoy drinking and smoking, recently (within a week) after i've been for a number 2, i wipe and there's blood on the tissue also... not loads but a bit, and i am also getting tummy pains, and reduced appetite, what could this be and is it serious?

Your query being appreciated, it may not be serious if found just once and then found nothing it could be due to the diet only and may not be the actual blood, if the blood stain stool is the symptoms found all along the way then it could be due to constipation, but now it is nothing to worry, hope this information helps.
