What Causes Blood During Bowel Movement?

Good evening doc,



Last friday when i woke up in the morning i start sit ups then went to toilet to defacate after releaving myself i felt a soft stool that came out when i wiped my ass with tissue paper i saw blood in the tissue.

Would like to inquire if sit ups may cause fresh blood that came out from my ass?
