General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi there,

The blood and yellow discharge you noticed coming from urethra is indicative for genital infection. I highly recommend to:
- culture urethral discharge
- run STDs testings
- urine analysis
- abdominal ultrasound

in order to determine the right cause and treat it with appropriate antibiotic or other medication. For the moment, I advise to stop having sex until improvement. If you have only one partner, get her tested and treated as well.

All the best!
